HELP ME HELP ME HELP ME!!! (I'LL GIVE سہارا 4 GOOD ANSWERS!)

I really need to find a website that'll let me take a picture on the internet and add stuff/draw on it. My laptop won't let me save anything, so I need something that all I have to do is copy and paste the picture and then I can draw on it یا whatever. When I finish drawing on the picture, I can't save it on my computer, but I still need to save it SOMEWHERE! Anyone who knows a website where i can do all this, PLEASE tell me! آپ should have a program called Paint on your computer. If آپ go to the Start button, go to Programs, then go to Accessories, Paint should be there. Then آپ can click on the button with the dotted-line square that should be on the left side, and that will let آپ paste a picture there, then آپ can draw on it یا whatever آپ like سے طرف کی using the other buttons.

it's very strange. it's "HP instant web" یا somehting like that. but now i'm using the better one, the one that actually saves stuff, so thank goodness for that.
