If an ایمبولینس is on its way to save a dying person, and it runs someone over, does it stop to help them?

یا does it get the first dying person then go back to save the second?

No, they go to where they were dispatched to and another ایمبولینس would come to the person they hit. I'm pretty sure it's law that the ایمبولینس goes to it's original destination یا the paramedics could be sued.
