If you're actually 16, I'd expect an event like this to be the least of your problems.

Since i don't know him i can't conclude what he might be doing

If he usually mean to you, but in a non - bullying way. Like a teasing mean (Such as this)

If so then, it's a bit twisted way to do it, but he may be trying to get آپ jealous. Perhaps if آپ play the same trick آپ could get him to come to you.

If he doesn't usually tease آپ یا whatnot, then he may actually just be telling آپ to bugger off.

It all depends on what his normal behaviour towards آپ is :3
