How to get dedicate on a club??

im not sure... i think u just have 2 keep on posting stuff up like images, articles, links, سوالات and پرستار picks and stuff like that.... thats how i got my dedicated پرستار medal 2 a club:)

آپ have to go on the spot very often. آپ can post stuff too. But make sure people rate your stuff to get the medal right away. :)

I don't exactly know! I've been trying to get dedicated to the Selena Gomez spot for a ماہ now but it doesn't work..
