That's three questions.

The cow jumped over the moon because he wanted to see the cows that gave the دودھ to make it into it's green cheese state. He jumped that high because, well, he was trying to see the moon. On the other side of the road was a "Save the chickens. Eat pigeons." convention and he wanted to join.

2. the cow could jump that high because it was ACTUALLY clark kent and it wasn't jumping, it was flying
