Phone Help?

No Idea if this can work but,
I'd like to take a picture I have on my computer,
and get it to my phone.
I don't have internet on my phone so therefore I can't go to a wallpaper-making site and download it.

Any ideas? If not, *facepalm*

2.if u have data cable than u can connect it to ur pc and transfer any data to ur mobile!

3.if u dont have data cable and ur any friend have so u can put ur phone's memory card to ur friend's phone and than connect ur friend's phone to ur computer and than transfer any data from pc to ur memory card(which is in ur friend's phone)and then again put ur memory card on ur phone...wallpaper will be on urs!

I have an SD card where I put my phone's memory card into it, then into my computer. So I'm trying that. I've tried 1 too.
