Many things get me into a calm یا relaxing mood. For one, to take all the stress away, I sit back in my recliner and listen to some soft موسیقی while taking my time to write. Writing always relaxes me. Also, drawing, because I can express my feelings inside the drawing and let it all out, which calms me and lets all the anger flow away. The other is just to step back and go outside; take a long walk and think. Thinking also relaxes me.
