Why is it that people treat آپ diffrently once آپ come on?

IDK but i know what آپ mean. I had some دوستوں go completely knuts on me for know reason!

Hmm? What do آپ mean? Do آپ mean that people talk differently to آپ on live chat یا what? I don't know why, but I'm confused?
