I cant sleep. What should I do ?

The best thing to do when your trying to go to sleep? Try staing awake. ;)

When I can't go to sleep, I stay online یا play video games in the dark. Sure, it's not good for your eyesight, but it actually gets me tired. Maybe it could work for you.

If that doesn't work, maybe آپ should try daydreaming while آپ close your eyes and try getting to sleep. My parents always told me that I should clear my mind and that would help, but it's really difficult for me. See if آپ get into so much thought, آپ forget about not being able to fall asleep.

Also, turn any clocks and/or bright lights away from you. Looking at the time can bring anxiety, and lights can be distracting -- unless آپ really don't mind it. آپ can also look up some tricks online and see if any of those help you.

I normally think about fantasy adventures in some of my پسندیدہ fictional universes. یا I think about my crushes. Then I most of the time go to sleep.

Try not to move, and just have deep relaxing thoughts. Don't open your eyes.. and get off the internet. XDD
