آپ don't need to, just pressing enter and spacing a couple times gets it done finely for me. Also: Don't acknowledge that gay is even used as an insult, because the people who do use it have never opened a dictionary.
I had cleaned it out earlier today. Some شبیہیں are used سے طرف کی other people in the family, but I blocked those out, since they're a bit personal. Only two یا three, so no harm done, really.
