Guys i need your help....

I don't care if آپ hate me for asking these سوالات all the time. But i hate meself, and i don't think i'm good enough for anyone, even Keith.


Do آپ have any idea how to help me to not hate myself???


I really hate this feeling... I just think everything i do isn't good enough and i really need help, and i can't talk to my parents about this!

Just dont think about youself like that because it hurts me cause i know what a sweet, kindhearted, lovely person آپ are.

Almost everything you've written I've also dealt with, and as counter-intuitive as it sounds, sometimes آپ just have to ride out the low moods.

But total disclaimer, I am on anti-depressants, and that has helped. If that's what آپ need to do, then your parents must help you. If not them, then a school counselor, as someone else suggested.

Listening to موسیقی has also usually been a big help to me.

Please don't think you're worthless. You're young and have so much ahead of you. What you're experiencing now does not define who آپ are.

And for what it's worth, I've been enjoying your many contributions here. I think you'll see that a lot of people here feel that way about you.

Ok, I just read that you're home-schooled. Have آپ tried looking at something like Web MD? At least it will give آپ a place to start.

I don't know your age, but are there any group activities آپ could get involved with یا maybe a youth group. Sometimes being part of a group and feeling appreciated can help.
If آپ go to the doctor, آپ should tell him how آپ feel. It could be a physical problem that is causing your feelings.
Now my personal opinion is that آپ should know that God made you, loves آپ and wants آپ to yourself. آپ have value just the way آپ are and what آپ will become.
I know it's not the same as having someone there, but if آپ ever need to talk about something, آپ can always send me a message and I'll get back to آپ as soon as possible.
