How do I get my pictures off my cell phone ?

it may be a stupid سوال but i have a lg verizon phone its just like a regular little phone with a bit of texting no internet یا anything like that but ive never really had تصاویر that i could try and get off but now i do i tryed hooking the cord and stuff to my comp and nothing happens .can someone help me out please?

How many تصاویر are there? If there are to many, dropbox mightn't be able to handle it..
