How do آپ rate things here on Fanpop?

Lol آپ can't "rate" something. If آپ like an image آپ click the "Fan" buttons. Fanpop got rid of the 5 سٹار, ستارہ rating thing a long time ago.

آپ can rate this website if I knew that this website will have 41/2 stars. Not five because I can't say what I want to say with people that are mean to me. But the would رپورٹ me so I don't do that any more.
