What is the difference between whining and complaining?

Whining is when آپ complain سے طرف کی uttering a low, usually nasal, complaining cry while complaining is expressing dissatisfaction, pain, uneasiness, censure, resentment, یا grief.

whining is the sound an abused dog makes. complaining is what that prissy کتیا, کتيا does when she complains about her dog being ugly, when she was the one who did it.

Complaining: آپ know how terrible humanity is! Nobody in this fucking world knows how to treat each other with fucking respect! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to go to a man یا woman without getting this air of superiority around you, y'know? *usually leads to* Y'know, what, something should be done about this!
Whining: Wah, humanity is so terrible! Everyone hates each other and think they're better than each other, and it's just *sniff* stupid, آپ know? *usually leads to* Oh, wah, poor me! What am I going to do?

Whining- a high, pitched cry یا a complaining tone of voice.

Complaining- expressing your distaste and annoyance.
