I don't. I'm a girl. Whenever I say "Don't worry about it" it means "Drop the god damned subject, don't bring it up again." یا "Leave me the fuck alone, I don't want to talk about it." Not "worry about it".
Boy: *Limps into the house.* girl: OMG, what happened? Boy: I fell off my bike, actually the peddal came off and I twisted my ankle. girl: Oh, don't worry about it, should I call a doctor and get آپ a sanwitch. Boy: *Look at image below.* she کہا don't worry about it!
I don't. Because depending on how it's said, girls saying "Don't worry about it", could mean expect the worse یا relax a bit. Not to mention the factor of the internet, where the verbal part of communication is somewhat lost, and آپ can't hear the voice of the other person. Therefore, آپ have no idea of knowing whether it was truly something to worry about یا not.

Oh and nonverbal communication says a lot too I'd say مزید about that but then I'd sound like a complete know it all.
I think it's one of those things that آپ need to pay attention to how it's said. High school is long behind me, but I can tell آپ that that passive-aggressive bs doesn't disappear in adulthood.
