Why do I feel like suddenly crying?

I've had that before. It's probably hormones. It's normal for teenagers. I remember I just randomly started crying on my way to school. یا maybe you're depressed.

Probably jormones,i would just try to relax,possibly take a warm shower,etc. It might calm u and make u feel better

It's probably hormones. Hormones are the reason for everything.
It's really common among teens, because it's the age where hormones are constantly fluctuating and battling one another. It also happens a lot to girls around that certain time of ماہ regardless of age for similar reasons. Unless it's something that persists with intensifying negativity, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
