Why Do The تصاویر I Try To لوڈ اپ Keep Looking Like Small,White Boxes?

I've been trying to لوڈ اپ some images,but the pictures don't come up,instead just these weird white boxes.Am I doing something wrong?Any help is appreciated.:)
