Alright it is going to be about nutrients. I tried looking it up on Google, but it didn't help me much. I need 12 of each nutrient. I already have some. I just need a few more. I have enough for vitamins + minerals

Protein: eggs, مونگفلی, مونگ پھلی butter, pork, steak, chicken, turkey, milk

Carbohydrate: bread, crackers, cereal, donuts, potatoes, pasta, yogurt, white rice

Fats: pie, chocolate, butter, rolls/buns, chips, oil, cake, browies
