In a way it's solvable. I mean, I can make heads of this. The above sentence is wrong. It's a lie, while it nowhere says that the below sentence is a lie. Conclusion: The sentence below is correct.

It's called the liar's paradox. The first sentence says that the سیکنڈ sentence is true, and the سیکنڈ sentence says that the first sentence is false. So, according to the first sentence , if it were true, the سیکنڈ sentence would be true, which says that the first sentence is false, and that means that what the first sentence says is wrong i.e. the سیکنڈ sentence is not true, so that makes the first sentence true again.. and goes on and on etc. The point in this paradox is that آپ can not give either of the sentences a truth value (you can not call them true, nor false), thereby questioning our common sense about everything being either true یا false. (if it is not true, then it must be false, and vice-versa)
