Would anyone be kind enough to tell me how آپ make a new page on this very much 'changed' fanpop?

Boy, they really have changed it! I was going to try to answer your سوال and say to go to the Fanpop ہوم Page and then to Browze Content, but I see what آپ mean.

Go to the homepage and scroll down on the right side and it should say "create new club".

Just go to the Fanpop homepage and click on any of the categories that آپ see. After clicking you'll see something green that says "Create a new club" somewhere close to the corner.
