What are your thoughts on cannibals and hemovores?

Hemovore is a person who drinks the blood of other humans, kinda of like a vampire, they just are addicted یا love to drink it.

regardless of how advanced we may be, we'll still have a basic animal instincts, and cannibalism is part of it.

But are those cultures thriving? یا are they low in numbers with a low life expectancy? For the most part, the cultures that thrived in history didn't eat people. Aztecs excluded.
