Stopping eating will only make it worse. You'll lose your muscle, not the fat. If آپ want to lose weight (which I really don't think آپ need to) then trying eating fruit and exercising regularly.

I too am trying to lose a bit of belly fat and one of the things i have changed in my diet is switching out chocolate and potato chip snacks for apples and مونگفلی, مونگ پھلی مکھن یا sometimes i just eat like a bowl of strawberries o.o
Also stay away from soda ~

Firstly, you're young, آپ have the advantage of having a faster metabolism than those 10+ years older than آپ and in the same boat.

NO to surgery. آپ do realise that if آپ don't correct eating/exercise habits that آپ will gain the weight back after surgery.

Do it the natural way. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day. At least 30min exercise a day. And if آپ feel hungry, just drink water and chew gum. It helps :P

What type of food do آپ eat? آپ should try to eat a variety of food, but done completely cut out the sweet stuff. آپ need a balance. And if آپ can't swim یا ride a bike, how about joining a sports team at school یا going for a run?
