My computer stopped its internet :/ PLEASE HELP +PROPS

Ok so 3 days پہلے my computer was having trouble looking at youtube ویڈیوز and now 1 دن later its internet connection say it can connect! I use chrome and Firefox has a virus on it
(It happened سے طرف کی a download) but chrome isnt worcking.
Is this a virus? IDK because i haven't downloaded anything since the last virus. (except some piano sheets).
So what is this? My computer says connection is 100% fine and my internet is plugged in, but it wont get on the web?
Wireless is also on.
WHAT IS THIS AND HOW DO I FIX IT?

it got a virus and the software was completely cleaned ..no pics , no games and also the internet would not budge so i downloaded chrome
