There are some old scars and few حالیہ , I am so self destructive and have no idea why I do it . I can not find another way to lessen up my pain .........

I honestly cant say Ive ever cut myself یا anything but Ive researched how to stop for other reasons that would take too long to elaborate.

First and foremost would be the basic, get a rubber band, keep it around your wrist and arm. If آپ feel the urge to cut یا something pull on it causing the band to hit آپ arm instead. Use it as a bit of a reminder that آپ shouldnt.

Cutting is something that requires tools, if آپ cant get the tools یا cant get the tools then آپ cant do it. Even if آپ make it harder to get them itll probably give آپ مزید time to consider what آپ are doing and think it through and ultimately make it harder to cut.

Then theres journal keeping where آپ keep a journal of how long youve been "Cut Free" so آپ can get the "Im doing good" feel. In addition to this, آپ can set prizes for youself at the end of each stretch. Say آپ go a week without cutting, heres a prize آپ treat yourself with. Then make it a month. And so on. Classical conditioning.

Then theres journal writing یا some kind of creative form of expressing yourself when آپ feel like cutting. Usually cutting is the result of some kind of distress یا emotion that is causing a build up. Releasing in another method would be good.

Talk to someone who might be able to help آپ یا may encourage you.

Create some kind of coping measure as a distraction یا way to lean yourself off of it. This may take the form of getting really into somehting یا maybe transfering the need to cut into something similar but less severe.

Generally lowering your stress and doing things that would raise the 'happy hormones' would probably help in reducing the need to cut indirectly so perhaps آپ should take up a regular work out regimen یا begin meditating..?

And I کہا this before. Talk to someone who might be able to help you.

And I know all of this may not work and its probably easier کہا than done to stop, but its my two cents as to how to stop if that is what آپ want. I personally have never cut, I repeat, so I do not speak from experience but rather مزید of just the sheer research Ive done.

Id also recommend hunting down something that can make آپ really happy. May it be a thought in the future, a hobby, a living thing, a not living thing, a fantasy, a dream etc. and turn to that thing whenever آپ are down and want to cut یا something. Keep your mind as far away from both the idea and action of cutting when آپ get the urge to,

There's probably people out there who would hate to see آپ gone...I personally don't know you, but I have a friend who cuts, and it breaks my دل to think that they think so little of themselves that they'd be reduced to cutting and scarring themselves. I know she's beautiful, and that saddens me, because she can't see it. And know what? You're probably beautiful in your own way...sewing, drawing, singing...everyone has a talent. Just...think of all the things you're happy for. And there's always bad in life. Just take it in with the good. Get over it.

Onision has grown to be a bit of an annoying dick but I have to agree he does do some good point on the cutting stuff. Until like... half a سال back he was probably my سیکنڈ پسندیدہ youtuber tbh.
