Well...no, not really. Because the point of asking سوالات (unless rhetorical) would be so that جوابات would be able to be received, even if the جوابات would so happen to be offensive. Mostly because سوالات can be offensive too, and the ones who answer them aren't able to remove the question.

No because people will abuse that quite simply.
