Please Help me!!! =)

If anyone reads this can آپ please become a پرستار of me. Now usually I wouldn't ask this but i've just realised i have 292. And i think its like ocd یا something but whenever i get this close to something i always have to make it to the اگلے round, and for me thats to hit the 300.
Now i'm not going to be an idiot and say "hey i'll give آپ a سہارا if آپ do" cause i'm not gunna lol. Half the time people don't do even give the سہارا so anyway yeah, umm, please with sugar coated cherries on top, dipped i chocolate, sprinkled with کوکو, نارجیل XD
