How do I unfan myself from somebodies پرستار list?

When you're on your پروفائل page go to the bit at the bottom where it says who your شائقین are, then click the "more fans" button. Then when آپ see the فہرست of the شائقین there's a big, red پار, صلیب اگلے to the names, when آپ get to the person آپ want to unfan and click the cross!
