I HATE all of them with a DEATH passion but this one is the WORST!

*Sighs* I was going to refrain from asking this, but how much of Adventure Time have you seen? Because if you haven't seen a lot, I can show you some of the show's best moments. I don't want to force you to like it, but I feel like it's unfairly hated on just because it's new. New doesn't ALWAYS mean bad.
Anyway, definitely Lila. She's extremely irritating.

A whole season and a half, plus whenever my little cousins come over they wanna watch it. The show and it's characters are irritating.

Depends on which season you're referring to. Can you tell me which season? I'm curious. It's not just a bunch of random stuff, really. I can prove it.

Season one and half of season two and a bunch of random ones after that when my cousins are around.

Ok, I see now. Those ones don't have all the incredibly deep moments that happen later on in the show. Mind if I send you a message? There's a few significant moments I want to show you. If you don't mind the spoilers, of course.

@Zeppie: That annoyed me as well, but I think she's just so sickly sweet, and doesn't have any bite to her. I was irritated whenever she came onscreen.

@Katara Start at around season 5 to avoid the babby stuff, that's where it gets good. Especially the Ice King/Marceline arc (although there are a few pointless fillers along the way)

I like Adventure time. I picked this for the Amazing World of Gumball part.

Mertle isn't even bad, she cant really be bad she's not really even in a lot of the scence what she's in like 1/8th of the movie

Also in the sequels and in the TV series and in every single moment she's on screen SHE'S AN IRRITATING LITTLE BRAT AND BEING AROUND HER IS A FATE WORSE THAN DEATH AND DESERVES TO DIE A SLOW PAINFUL DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like Fred and Irene the best out of these but the one that I think is the worst is Mertle. Words can not describe how I feel about this girl. I don't like spoiled brats that treat a person badly and exclude them from something.

well fhghu already got the answers and has this all taken care of for me...
anyway, of these characters i only knew like three-ish... the rest aren't significant to anything in my memory so... going with Fred for now.

^ You must enjoy always nagging at Katara for not liking Adventure Time. Kindly get over it and respect his opinions. Jeez,it's like you and fhghu are itching for a fight over an opinion. It's not a fact so calm down.

Well I can't speak for True-Finn-Fan but fhghu isn't like that at all. She just isn't aware of how much of the show I've watched and is actually one of my closest friends on fanpop. I would probably take the show more seriously if it was stop acting so childish, stop seeming like the writers were high when they wrote the story, have characters that aren't irritating, and make the character designs little silly and cartoony. So basically Adventure Time to me is a fail version of Avatar: The Last Airbender. I will never understand why people like it but they are entitled to defend it and try to explain it. However I do appreciate you trying to help defend me.

UGH. Adonis, Fred, Mertle, and Scamp's sisters are nothing compared to this moron.

@egyptprincess7: I assure you, that's not that the case. Like KataraLover said, I just wasn't aware of how much of the show he'd seen, so I was curious. Like I said, I don't want to force him to like it. He's a good friend of mine, and I just wanted to show him a few things to see what he thought, not force him to change his opinion. I would never say "YOU MUST LIKE THIS." That's not the way I roll.
