yes when im upset sometimes hard express it people dont understand like when i have pains awnd i cry people oh your a baby oh just trying get attetiion and i feel really upset when people say it too me pains r not nice also whenm get mad at for being upset or for thinking thoughts such oh shes lieng and stuff sometimes i feel tha

Sometimes it gets to the point where I can't even understand myself anymore. And how are you supposed to express what you can't understand? It makes me feel so alone sometimes. Everyone else can express what they're thinking, how they feel, why they like or dislike something, where they're going in their life, so why can't I?
