WRONG

If آپ are under 13 and آپ don't lie about your age, یا آپ are playing as a guest آپ will automatically have super محفوظ chat enabled - meaning آپ can only talk to other players with the chat bubble on the سب, سب سے اوپر left of your screen.

Although super محفوظ chat can be disabled if an under 13 account has a parent account that allows it.

So the people in your game are asking آپ if آپ have super محفوظ chat disabled so آپ can chat to people on the server.
