Romy 4EVER! 

I like a lot of parings in X-men (Evo)...but i\'m only going to talk about a few lol.. Don\'t wanna make these to long do i ^_^ First up and my favorite favorite is...

Rogue and Gambit have been together almost as long as Jean and Scott (in the comics). They are incrediby adorable and defiantly one of my MOST favorites if not my #1 Pairing. They\'re love is complicated since Rogue can not touch but it\'s sweet and true. They have gone through a lot of things together , both painful and joyful

hat you\'re about to read is a LOT of evidence that proves Rogue and Remy were destined...

Rogue\'s from the South (Mississippi). Her mutation power is to take others powers, memories, ect. leaving her unable to make skin to skin contact.

Rogue was raised by Mystique and was a member of the BoM. While she was in that team she met Ms. Marvel and absorbed her powers and memories, permanently (Mystique\'s Fault). This gave Rogue the ability to fly, have super strength and she is almost invulnerable. After seeing that her powers were uncontrollable she went to Xavier for help, after a while she became a trusted member of the team.

He was born in New Orleans and grew up as an orphan. He was adopted by Jean-Luc Lebeau and was then trained to become a master thieve. He was then put in an arranged marriage to stop the Thieves Guild and Assassin Guild from fighting, he married Belladonna Boudreaux. Soon after their wedding Belle brother challenged Remy and Remy killed him. He was exiled from the city after that. After wondering around for a while he met Storm and saved her from the Shadow King, that caused him to join the X-men and meet someone who would become the love of his life (^_^). Remy has the ability to charge objects with kinetic energy (putting molecules in motion), usually causing them to explode.

Rogue and Remy meet after Remy joins the X-men by helping storm and leaving Sinister. At the time Rogue was already and X-men but was in the Savage Lands. When she rreturned she met Remy Lebeau. For him it was love at first sight hehehe, she however found him annoying lol. After lots of pursuading they finally went out on a date. They eventually became a couple...YAY!! but unfourntitly so much drama loves following these too. Many problems tried breaking them apart, Remy\'s \'dead\' wife Belladonna who came back to live, Sabertooth telling Rogue how remy left the woman he \'loved\' to die and the faftal kiss that Rogue was forced to give Remy making her absorb his thoughts and memories. Rogue found out Remy\'s secret and left him in Antartica, he returned and there was some tension. There was also Joe, Rogue and him had something going on, but in the end Rogue and Remy got back togther...YAY!!! This couple was MEANT to be, they go through so much just to be togther...how can anyone not believe in these two? Anyway Remy and Rogue go through all those troubles and in the end still get together...if it weren\'t true love I think they would have called quits by now.

Remy: "This is how I\'ve wanted it t\'be since I FIRST looked at you, Roguie. Beyond all the flirtin\' an\' teasin\'---past all the games an\' all the uncertainty---I KNOW we can be hurt, girl. Physically as well as emotionally--I know one kiss from you--one touch, flesh to flesh-- might give me some serious hurtin\'--- but I\'m willin\' t\'take the RISK for you....you willin\' t\'do the same for me?

Rogue: "ah...ah can\'t....ah want to--but ah can\'t. Ah\'m so afraid--ah might hurt you--...an\' if ah kiss you an\' if ah hurt you---ah know---ah JUST KNOW----ah\'d want to DIE."

Rogue: " For the FIRST time in my entire life, ah felt.... HOPE. Ah knew that underneath ALL that HAIR --all that ATTITUDE --there was a person who CARED about me....Ah could FEEL it. A person who LOVED me. A person AH could love. And ah DO, Remy. Ah....love you."

Remy: "Leave me be, chere. \'Cause with your love came somethin\' else. Somethin\' I never took a hard look at b\'fore...m\'conscience."

Rogue: "....Ah jus\' FOUND you, Remy, an\' ah ain\'t ABOUT to lose you....Don\'t you understand? AH LOVE YOU! Unconditionally!"

Rogue: "..ah\'ve never had anyone touch my HEART like you did... NEVER. Why can\'t ah HAVE that? Why can\'t AH be HAPPY? Who says YOU have to do whatever THIS is, instead of spending your life with ME?"

Rogue: "Ah love REMY. He loves me. So what\'s the PROBLEM?"

Rogue:"All ah ask--all ah NEED is somebody t\'HOLD me. Stroke his fingers through muh HAIR. PROMISE me that EVERYTHIN\'S gonna be FINE....more than ANYTHING, REMY..... ah want that person t\'be you."

Rogue: "Don\'t throw your LIFE AWAY."

Remy: "Girl, don\' you ever listen? Wit\'out you...I don\'t have much of a life!"

Remy: "....C\'mon chere--hang in there. Don\'t die, girl! Y\'can\'t die, not now. Not when we were just....we could\'ve...I LOVE you, Rogue. I\'ve ALWAYS loved you. You need to know that..."

Rogue: "Gambit\'s MINE!An\' ah don\'t take kindly t\'folks who want t\'do him HARM!."

Rogue: "Listen up, Cajun. Ah won\'t be long. Meantime, don\'t you die on me, hear? Ain\'t your time."

Remy: "Ain\'t your call t\'make, chere."

There were also Romy moments in the animated series, these two just can\'t stay away from each other hehehe...and that\'s good for all of us Romy crazed fans ^_^ Anyhoo hint time ^_^ I\'m only gonna point out the HUGE hints lol...

The cure - The first time it really seems like these two are interested. Logan and remy were gonna fight when Rogue stops them. Logan then accuses her of having a soft spot for the Cajun. Later after Rogue finds out about the \'cure\' she gets in her and and Remy follows her. She drives off but he follows, jumps over the gate and lands in her car making Rogue stop. He tells her...

Gambit: "Lets have a kiss before you go." *she stops the car and gets out having him follow* "What\'s wrong chere?"

Rogue: "Yah know what happens when ah touch someone, do you wanna end up in the hospital?"

Prof X. and the others look at Remy\'s memories. One of them is of Rogue and she\'s winking at him. Also in the end while Remy is still undergrud Rogue is freaking out since everything is collasping. She looks for him and asks people where he is, he then appears when Cyclops blows up the ground giving them away to escape. When she see\'s him she gets very happy and hugs him...

(Covers his mouth with her gloved hand and kisses the back of it) I HATE you. Gambit: I don\'t understand dis woman.

Till Death Do Us Part - Jean and Scotts are getting married. remy tells jean that it\'s tradition to kiss the bride so he gives her a kiss on the cheek. He then goes to Rogue

:"We always kiss the bridesmaids too" Rogue

:"This ain\'t Cajun country hun, zip those lips"

Hehehe...trying to sneak a kiss. Morph, who\'s the priets that\'s marrying Jean and Scott, turns himself into Rogue and seduces remy. He makes Remy believe Rogue can touch and to meet her in the \'Rec Room\'. When Remy shows up Rogue is sleeping and he kisses her only to get knocked out because of her power.

X-ternally yours - Remy has ro go to New Orleans cause the Assassins captured Henri who has to deliver the \'tide\' to some powerful lady. If he doesn\'t the thieves would be killed so Remy goes only to find his ex-wife Belladonna tricks him into becoming an assasin in order to protect Henri. Rogeu follws later with Wolveine and Jean. Rogue looks shocked when she finds out about Remy\'s "woman". She then gets sad when she see\'s Remy show up with Belladonna, but when Remy pushes Belle away and tells the other that it was a trap and that Belle had given them a fake Tide she goes...

Rogue: Ah knew he didn\'t love that swamp witch"

jealousy anyone? Then everone fights and Belle calls Rogue \'Medusa, stay away from my husband" when she goes check on Remy. After everything is done the spirit lady comes and is going to kill Belle for being a lying swamp witch but Remy stops her and tells her to take Belle\'s power but not her life. She agrees and then Belle ends up on the floor, Remy then goes to her and returns the marrige ring...

Remy: "This is not my home, I\'m not thief or asaasin...i\'m an X-men and i\'m never coming back"

He then leaves with his arm around Rogue. The episode ends with remy sitting on the front steps of the mansion thnking and rogue going up behind him and putting her hand on his shoulder.

A Rogue\'s Tale - Rogue starts visioning Carlo davners, she doesn\'t remember that she absorbed her, She ends up in the med lab where Remy is by her side really worried. He worries about her through out the whole episode...

Sinister has captured all the X-men and they don\'t have thier powers. He is using a machine to mkae his mutants stronger by using the powers of the X-men (drainig them or sonethig like that). Whne it Rogue turn to be taken away, Remy tells her how he feels...he then kisses her

(to Rogue) Be brave, chere. Gambit never say dis to anyone but you... Gambit... loves you.

The Phoenix Saga (4): The Starjammers - Nothing big, but when the X-men arriived on Lilandras ship and looked at the crystal Rogue and Remy wondered how the dimond could destroy the world...

(about the M\'Kraan) That\'s what all the fuss is about? Gambit: How you fit a whole galaxy in there?

Beast: Its faceted configuration gives the crystal infinite storage capacity for refracted light energy.

The Phoenix Saga (5): Child of Light - Rogue and Remy think

it\'s the end and are about to kiss. The picture to this is at the begining of this section ^_^

Gambit: (to Rogue) Hang on, chere. If dis be our last ride... we take it together.

After they\'re ok, Remy landed on Rogue after the ship did a lot of crazy moving right before they were going to kiss...

Gambit: (entangled with Rogue) If dis is death; it ain\'t so bad.

Obession - Angel convinces Rogue that she is the only one that can help him beat Apocalypse. She agrees to help, Remy gets very jealous (his eyesflashed Red while watching Rogue take care of Warren) and tries stopping her because Warren\'s obsession of trying to get Apocalypse was making him wreckless. She doesn\'t listen and goes anyway.

Later in the episode Remy and Warren get trapped in Apocalypse ship and Rogue yells no trying to get them out because the ship was going to go down. In teh end Rogue apoolgizes to remy for not liseting to him.

Nightcralwer- Rogue and Remy go on a sking trip but Remy\'s upset that they have a "chaporon" Wolverine states that he didn\'t wanna be there, Rogue then gets angry and walks off...

Gambit: "Take a trip," she say. "It\'ll be fun." Some fun!

Rogue: Well, after all we\'ve been through, I thought we could use a break.

Rogue: Hey, hoser! I thought you liked to ski.

Wolverine: This is sittin\' around, drinkin\' cocoa, and gettin\' funny looks from rich people.

Rogue: Well, next time plan you\'re own durn vacation!

Gambit: Aw, chere, wait! I hope you\'re happy.

Remy walks after Rogue and tells her he\'ll make it up to her. Wolverin intrupts them and tells them he\'s going \'demon\' hunting. Both southerns get intrested and go with him. On thier way to where the \'demon\' is Remy gets in an accident since he doesn\'t know how to ski. Rogue worries an dtakes care of him through out the episode.

Sanctuary (1 & 2) - Remy decides to go up to Magneto\'s sanctuary in space becuase he wants to talk to someone. he gives Rogue the idea that he\'s leaving for good...

Gambit Just thinking out loud chere...you know Gambit follow you anywhere

Gambit: Don worry chere. Gambit\'s got no bags packed *kisses her hand*

Gambit however doesn\'t come back with the Professor or Beast. He sacrificed getting captured in order for them to escape. When the ship arrives back on earth Rogue looks for Remy and gets mad that he stayed on, when she hears the professor say he \'sacrificed\' she freaks thinking he was dead. Prof. X tells her he is ok but she worries a lot and doesn\'t care that Magneto is \'dead\' (hehehe) she thinks og Remy while at the funeral. Later they go rescue Remy. After they could find him and Rogue tells Wolverie that if they didn\'t find him they wouldn\'t go. She calls Remy through the com link and asks him where he is. Noticing the tone she was using he tells her, "Sounds like you miss me". She then threatens him, whne she finds him he\'s running with Amelia and she tells him. it\'s just like him to be with another woman. At then end she\'s taking care of him and tells him that next time he decides to go off into spac to take someone to take care of him, obvioulsy talking baout herself. Logan then decides to remark that they make him sick lol.

Love in Vain - The episode starts with Rogue reading a book and Remy going into her room. he say\'s...

Gambit: "What\'s this? The most beautiful woman in town alone on a Staurday night..."

Rogue: "Ah was reading about love and adventure Gambit...what more can a gal want..."

Gambit: "The real thing vhere, Gambit at your service"

Rogue: "Even crazy swamprats need a gal they can touch."

Rogue then gets a clla from Cody. She meets him and is able to touch him. She has no idea is injected her with something that is going to make her an alien creature. Before she turns though she goes to the X-mansion and asks Prof. X for \'personal\' time away from teh X-men. Remy sees Cody though a monitor and ask her if that what\'s so personal. She then snaps at him and tells him it\'s none of his buisness, she calls him a \'ladies man\' and storms out. Remy is upset and asks why she brough Cody there, that it\'s not like her. Beast tells him he shoulder worry about less \'personal\' matters, Remy is looking very upset. In the end Rogue got healed from the alien stuff injected into her using Wolverine\'s helaing factor, Cody has turned into a full alien creature. Rogue tells him that she can help him but he\'s so far gone and he growls at her. Remy graps her and pulls her out of the giant creature/ship. He tells her that he\'s "one of them" Rogue cries and is about to be comforted by Logan but Remy beats him to it and holds her close. AWWWW lol.

Hidden Agenda - Rogue and remy are playing pool, Remy sweet talks Rogue and asks what he\'s gonna get for wining. Rogue answers a "fat lip". Beast then walks in and tells them abut Sam (Canonball) and how he\' sbecoming big in the small little town he lives. Rogue thinks he might be having a hard time since he\'s different in such a little town and volunteers to go see if he need help. She tells Remy that she needs a vacation anyway. He then offesr to go with her since she might get lonely. She jokes that she needs the vactaion becuase of him. She goes off and introduces herself to the Guthries, she introduces herself as Miss LeBeau. While that\'s happing remy goes off on a mission and gets captured. Later in teh ep after he\'s okay Rogue goes over to him and hugs him, telling him she\'s glad he was ok. They then sai thier good byes to the Guthries and sam thanks her for all the help she gave them with thier problem...

Cannonball: "Thanks, ma\'am--I mean, Ms. LeBeau!" *Remy is standing behing Rogue and he smirks*

Rogue: "Not one word, swamp rat, not one word."

Graduation Day - This is the last episode from the series and Xavier is dying. In the end Magneto goes triying to save him but the person who really saves him is Lilandra. Remy comforts Rogue as she cries into hin chest because she\'s sad.

Okay...the Romy greatness in Evolution. Rogue and Remy didn\'t meet till the third season cause for some raeson people thought that it\'d be nice to make the Romy lovers wait that long to see clues of the Rogue and Gambit romance. Even though they only went on like 5 epiosdes there were some clues that they were destined hehehe...and here the are ~_^

Walk on the Wild Side - Hmm this isn\'t really a hint, this is just my suspision lol.

When the sirens stop the car thiefs, Rogue notices a smiley face burnt into the side of a car. She turns around and sees a cape fly through the door.

Okay I think the person Rogue saw was Remy, why? Well they were car \'thiefs\', what is Gambits proffesion? He steals, the prince of thiefs. Then there was the smiely face, in "Under Lock and Key" Gambit sneaked into Angels mansion by putting a smiely face on the window and making it go bye bye lol. Then there\'s the cape...i\'m gonna say that it was Gambits trench coat she saw as he walked out the door. So yup...i think it was Gambit she saw hehehe...okay so i might be far away from the truth but my obsession has made up it\'s mind and it tells me that was Remy she saw ^_^

Day of Reckoning - Gambit\'s first official apperance, he showed up in the end so the Romyness happened in Day of Reckoning Pt. 2. Everyone went off and fought, after seeing some battles it shows Rogue walking very closely by some wooden crates. On the Tv you see Rogue walking forward, a couple feet away a lil flash is seen and you see a shadow. Rogue knows or is guessing someone is there and she takes her glove off and turns the corner of the crate only to came face to face with the cajun charmer. Rogue looks suprised and she looks up at him, Remy looks down at her with a smirk. He then takes out a card, the \'King of Hearts\'. Anyhoo he streches it in front of him offering it to Rogue who gets a shocked look but reaches out for it.They both hold on to the card and smile at each other , Remy then startrs leaning into her mkaing it look as if they were going to kiss. As he leaned in the card they were holding goes down in between them and Gambit suddenly chrarges the card then lets it go. Rogue who is in a daze doesn\'t notice and watched him bow, look at her then turn and run away. seconds later she looks at the card with a smile then notices it\'s orange glow and throws it in the air right before it explodes. Nice was to ruin a moment huh?

The Stuff of Villians - Gambit goes to School looking for the BoM, he finds Lance and tells him that the BoM can be part of Magneto\'s new team, Lance blows him off and stocks off. At the same time Rogue and Evan are being bullied by some guys. Evan\'s spikes come out the guys leave about to tell Principle Kelly and Rogue goes after them. On their way they bumb into Gambit who intimentaes them by grabbing a pencil, charging it and thowing it to a tree which exploes. The bullies agree to leav ethe mutants alone and then run off. Rogue shows up seconds later and ask\'s Remy

Gambit: "Just passin\' by, cherie. Nice day."

He then walks off. Rogue then decdes tp follow him cause she knew he was up to no good. This was the first ep Gambit talked and called Rogue "Cheri".

Dark Horizion - Rogue is being controlled by Mesmro. She goes after all the mutants including the Acoyltes. While figthing Gambit the both talked to each other...

Gambit: "Bravo, cherie! Looks to me like Rogue\'s up to no good. But hey, I like that in a girl. Only thing is, you\'re not alone in this, are you? Who\'s behind it? Mystique? I think so. Question is, why?

Gambit: * Throws her off, looks around, turns to find her in his face*\

Rogue: *Kisses him* Gambit: * Groans and faints*

Yay the first kiss, that was a good ep hehehe...anyway Remy then passes out and Rogue watches him fall, then she imitates him to get Magneto\'s powers. At the end of the epiosde it\'s discovered that Rogue is being mind controled, she fly\'s off before magneto could catch her and Magneto then sends Sabertooth and Gambit to help Wolverine to help find her.

Dark Horizion Pt. 2 - The guys go tracking Rogue. Sabertooth and Wolverine have a hard time getting aong and when thier about to fight Gambit stops them and tells them, "This isn\'t about you two pitbulls...it\'s about Rogue." Through out the ep he got annoyed really easily of the two. Not much of a hint but i believe he was worried about Rogue and wanted to find her ^_^

Cajun Spice - The name of these ep was a dead give away that it was going to have Romy goodness. I saw it and went Yay then danced like a freak. Anyway, Rogue is thinking about leaving the X-men cause Kurts angry with her for whta she did to Mystique (threw her rock body off a cliiff). She\'s going to school and is about to ditch when hands grab her, It\'s Remy and he knocks her out with knockout gas. She wakes up and finds herself tied up and on a moving train, Gambits watches her and then they have a conversation...

Gambit: "I\'ve been watchin\' you for weeks, Rogue. You\'re such an unhappy girl."

Rogue: "Is it any wonder?? What do you want with me?"

Gambit: " I don\'t want anything. It\'s what you want."

After that it goes to wolverine looking for Rogue. Then later it comes back to Rogue and Remy and they have another conversation. Gambit\'s playing with his cards...

Gambit: " Well, it\'s like havin\' fifty-two explosives tucked away in one little pocket. I always save her for last."

Gambit: * Kisses the card* "My lucky lady. She\'s gotten me out of a whole lotta jams."

Rogue: (sarcastically ) "Then I need a deck of those.

Gambit: " It is nice havin\' someone to watch over you, Rogue. So if you\'re ready to accept my help, I can untie you."

Gambit: * Zaps off the ropes around her wrists and ankles* "It\'s just time you take charge of your own destiny, \'s all."

Rogue: "Good idea..." *Kicks him in the side, nearly knocking him out of the train, but he manages to grab the sides of the door and hold on. Rogue throws off his coat, withdraws his staff, and then slams it against his fingers and leans on it as he cries out * "Ah don\'t like bein\' pushed in any direction, got it??"

Gambit: " Point taken!" *charges the train* "Now here\'s mine: pull me in or I blow this boxcar off the tracks!"

Rogue: *Growls and pulls him in* "You\'re just crazy enough to do it."

Gambit: " We do what we have to, right, chere

Gambit: * Catches her arm* "I\'m not afraid. Go ahead"--*Pulls off her glove and puts her hand over his face*--"absorb my thoughts. See for yourself that I mean you no harm."

Rogue: *Reaches for his face, but then pulls back at the last second* "Like I want you inside my head!" Gambit: * Grins*

After that Remy tells Rogue thier heading for Lousiana. They end up in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. Rogue watched Remy steal a wallet from someone that passes him, she returns it and they got into a small resturant. Rogue then asks him if he\'s "always been a thief?" He answers that it runs in th family and they talk but then they get attacked by the ripplers aka. Assassin Guild. They fight the group off...

Rogue: "Can Ah borrow this?" *Takes Remy\'s staff and sends Julien flying through a door, then gives it back* "Thanks!"

Rogue absorbs one of the guys...i think it was Julien and finds out that they have Remy\'s father and knows where they are keeping him. She tells him and tells him she\'s going with him. He tells her no and leaves but is secretly waiting for her to come after him. He then see\'s Scott looking for them and gets her and they hide in an Alley. Gambit lets Rogue come with him, wven though that was his plan all along. Then screen goes to the X-men who are tsill looking then back to romy who are on a motor boat...

Rogue: "So, all this trouble and Ah thought you didn\'t like your father."

Gambit: "I don\'t. Just because someone adopts you doesn\'t make them a parent."

Gambit: "Mystique? You mean it wasn\'t her motherly instincts that led her to take you in?"

Rogue: "Let\'s just say it was my power she wanted to nurture."

Gambit: "You and I, we could write a book about it. Been down the same roads..."

Rogue: "Difference is, you\'re here tryin\' to save your father. It\'s more than Ah did."

They land and Rogue remebers that there\'s a camera nearby so she tackles Remy s they won\'t be seen. They roll down a hill and Remy accedently touches Rogue. He falls unconsience and when he wakes up he see\'s a not so happy Rogue on top of him...

Rogue: *Grabs his collar and sits on top of him* "Your thoughts are in my head! Ah know everything ! You played me!" *Stands up*

Rogue: "Ever since you put me on that train, it\'s all been a part of a plan!"

Rogue: "You knew you\'d run into someone from the Rippers at the jazz club, you knew they\'d come after you! And you knew Ah\'d use my powers to help you! Because you wanted me to absorb information!!"

Rogue: "You used me. Just like everyone else!"

Gambit: " My father\'s life was at stake!" *watches her walk off, then lowers his head and sighs*

I liked this scene a lot, it seemed so sincere on Remy\'s part lol...awww that episode was the best :_:...lol...anyhoo... Gambit goes into the ripplers base or whatever and he goes looking for Jean-Lucc. Hr finds him uties him and they were about to leave when julien and his father show up with a bazuka pointed them at them. They fall unconsience and find a goveless Rogue, she tells them to "lets go" and they start leaving. The Ripplers are going after them when suddenly the X-men show up. Then there\'s a big boat fight when Remy, Rogue and Jean-Luc get on a motorboat and get followed by the ripplers. Julien comes up next to Remy and hits thier boat making everyone foolo out onto teh swamp. Rogue is about to be an alligators snack when Kurt goes and saves her, Remy is still in the water almost getting run over by Julien. Storm comes and helps, Remy gets on shore and is faced with a pisses of Wolverine. Logan grabs him and gets ready to do some major damage when he\'s stopped by Rogue. He does what she told him to do and walks away telling her he wants answers. The X-men the go over together and Rogue walks over to Gambit who\'s drying himself...

Rogue: "Don \'t. (Gabits smile fades) You just did the wrong thing for the right reasons."

Rogue: "Ah \'m goin\' back with the X-Men. Ah don\'t care what you do."

Rogue: *Smiles slightly as Gambit comes up behind* "Well...Ah better go."

Gambit: * Grabs her hand* "You will be fine, cheri. You got people watchin\' over you."

*Gambit releases her hand, and Rogue finds that he has given her a card, the Queen of Hearts*

Ascension- This was the last epiosde of X-men Evo. Gambit didn\'t show up until then End. After defeathing apocalypse Prof. Xavier had a vision, actually it was a lot of visions from the future put togther. In one Rogue flew in and stood along with many of the X-men. She was wearing a trench coat that looked a lot like the one Gambit wears. The last thing seen on the screen was a picture of all the X-men. In the picture Rogue stood in front of Wolverine who was sitting in a chair, next to her with a jand around her shoulder was our favorite Cajun Charmer...Remy Lebeau. So even though the series didn\'t continue...we do know that Romy eventually gets together...ROMY FOEVER!!!!

And that\'s that folks...;_; Cajun Spice was the best episode of X-men evo...and...i DIDN\'T RECORD IT...*starts sobbing...
