Rupert Grint Has A Devastating View of Ron and Hermione\'s Married Life

After confirming that he hates to look back on his

pivotal kissing scene with co-star Emma Watson, Rupert Grint is once again crushing the hopes and dreams of the lifelong Ron and Hermione fans out there.

At the same Celebration of Harry Potter event where Rupert shared his aforementioned thoughts about filming a romance someone who felt like his sister, the actor has continued to share his thoughts on the Harry Potter series' most central couple.

Here's how Rupert Grint thinks Ron and Hermione are doing today

When asked how he would respond if J.K. Rowling inquired about where Ron Weasley is today, Rupert didn't hesitate to say this:

"I would expect Ron has probably divorced Hermione already. I don’t think that relationship would have done very well."

Yikes. No one likes it when Ron ups and leaves, and now the actor is admitting that he's going to walk out on one of the most ingenious witches in the Wizarding World?

Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) was immediately incredulous, which prompted the moderator to ask for more explanation. Rupert went on to say that Ron would be living on his own—and he's unemployed.

"He's living on his own, in a little one-bedroom apartment. He hasn't got a job."

Great, so not only is one of the key Harry Potter couples fractured, but Ron's life is in shambles. To his credit (and with a little prodding from Evanna), he backtracks and say that they're "briefly separated," but you can tell he doesn't think there's much hope for reconciliation.
