can someone tell me what happens in the manga?

i watched the shugo chara عملی حکمت and loved it, but it didnt really have an ending. my cousin کہا that in the end of the manga, ran, miki, and su disappear. is this true, and if so, why? i read the last couple pages aonline and saw yoru disappear too. what is going on? thanks!
