Silent ہل, لندن 3; bleach glitch?

Im playing Silent ہل, لندن 3 right now, and okay, I am on the 1st floor women's bathroom (dark world/ other side), but its not here! And I know where it's supposed to be, but it isn't there. I've played this game before and it's always in the same spot. I keep going up and down the counter and clicking the action button, but it doesn't pop up, and I don't even see it. Confusing! Oh, just so آپ know, im using the easy riddle mode. That might affect it...
