Simba and Nala's only child in "The Lion King" is genderless and nicknamed - thus آپ can give it any gender and name آپ want. It's basically an open fanfiction character shell.
And they indeed have only one child in this movie.

- Kiara.
Their only child's name is Kiara, and it's a daughter. This has been confirmed سے طرف کی one of the sequel film's creators.
As in, the above discussed "Fluffy" was turned into the daughter named Kiara. She does NOT have any siblings in this movie combination.

Every other book that mention a child of SImba ana Nala, do not name it. In some of them it is mentioned as a male and in some as a female. (Virtually every book released after "The Lion King 2" was made, mentions the cub as a girl.)
This is why, like with the first movie alone, using the book universe آپ can choose whatever name and gender آپ want.
