The Terrible Truth is the 6th book of the Skulduggery Pleasant series. It is going to be released in April 2011.

I don't really know what it's about yet, but I have some ideas:

1) We learn the terrible truth about Lord Vile. 2)The truth about Darquesse.
3)The truth about Val's future.
4)The truth about why Vile brought Skul-man back to life

سوالات آپ might have:

Why did he bring Skul-man back to life?
I don't know. Maybe because he wanted to see if he really was the death bringer. The death bringer breaks down the barriers between life and death, یا something like that right? Bringing a dead man back to life is a really big proof of him being the death bringer.

What about Val? Isn't she the death bringer?
The necromancers assume that. Well, Wreath assumes that, and the other necros are neutral in this. We can't really be sure. But if she like brings back the dead, یا something, then she and Vile have equal chances of being death bringer.
Possibilities of people Val might bring back to life:
Her parents
Her little sibling
Tanith (I doubt it though. Derek planned for tanith to die in the first book, but his publishers convinced him not to. So he made do with torturing her in every book.)
Fletcher
Ghastly
All her friends
Herself (hehe)

Who will die?
Alot of people, I assume. In the past books, people ALWAYS die. In a way, Derek Landy is sort of like Gordon Edgely. They both like gruesome deaths. Here's a فہرست of possible deaths:
1) Pretty much everyone as we know it. Except for Val and Skul-man of course. Without them, the series would end. And this is a 9-book series, سے طرف کی the way.

Who will be Val's sibling?
Either a boy یا a girl. Duh.

What will happen between Val, Fletcher, and Caelan?
Hmm... I'm still wondering about that. Give me your thoughts on this.

What will happen with Crystal and Carol?
Well, now that they know about the magicky world, they might play a major part. Landy isn't just gonna let them know the truth just for the heck of it. Maybe they'll annoy the heck out of Skul-man and he'll kill them? Hehe...

I can't think of anymore questions. If آپ have any, just comment, kay?

I read so far until the end of the first half of the 7th book "Kingdom of the Wicked"

I wanna know if somebody else thought about this also?
Or if somebody can relate to this?

I am not super familiar with this things my thoughts are gathering around, so i write from the hip, maybe one has to look stuff up, if im incorrect - may happen! O:

Theory:

I assume that the basic rules for Names in SDP are taken as an metaphor to refer to the three Human-consioussness-levels one can experience themselves in real life.

The MetaTheory to this is:

There are 3 different Dimensions in which the Human-Consiousness...

This مضمون has a few theories about certain parts of the books:
Theory 1.
To get the Remnant out of Tanith all we need to do is-
1. Force her into Dr Nye's old lab as that casues people to die but remain conscious
2. Get Dr Nye to use its research into the soul and pull the Remnant away from Tanith's soul
3. If that doesn't work, just put Tanith at peace
Theory 2.
Argeddion's magic before finding his True Name is unknown, but I have an idea. It's Sensitive, I think this because-
1. It explains why he was able to control people's minds
2. It would explain how he could read minds
Theory 3.
You know...
