Beginning with Windows Vista and continuing, I believe in Windows 7, micrsoft has reincluded sound packages and the ability to change them. there are several prepackaged sound packages available, but since my tastes are مزید unusual (ie obsesses with Sondheim) I decded it would be مزید fun to make my own.
