Can anyone tell me who makes (or made) these stuffies?

یا where to find them? My girlfriend came across this guy on tumblr and fell in love with it. She asked the person who گیا کیا پوسٹ it, but they کہا they'd bought it at a گیراج sale and didn't know the brand یا anything. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
