His character is known as “Quentin.” Here’s how The CW describes the character:

Quentin is a wide-eyed government attaché who is grateful when Supergirl saves his life. However, when he shows his true colors by attending an anti-alien rally, Supergirl aims to prove to Quentin that not all aliens are bad.

Bennett played Kevin Grady, a “meteor freak” who could make people forget things. Among the things he was able to erase was Clark Kent (Tom Welling)’s memory of who he really was.
