He wasn't bitten - bites don't infect people in SPN. The vampire cut him and put some of its own blood in the cut. And then Sammy beheaded Gordon using barbed wire.

Gordon was attacked سے طرف کی a vampire and turned into 1 and then when he was trying 2 trap sam so he could eat him/kill him sam cut his head off with a wire which was totally awesome
In the episode Fresh Blood, Gordon is captured سے طرف کی a vampire. Because Gordon has killed many vampires in the past, including this vampire's old nest, the vampire decides to turn him. He infects him with his blood. Gordon decides to use his new vampire strengths to kill Sam before letting another hunter kill him. But Sam managed to defend himself and beheads Gordon using barbed wire.
