So I'm back again but this time, I bring facts! آپ may have already read the one for season seven, if آپ haven't, آپ can here: link
Now back to business -- for starters, what a season! It was full of the famous twist and turns we all know and even had مزید than two brotherly love scenes, which we all have missed dearly. The complexity of this season counter fits its unique storyline which surprisingly, they have stuck with. But this season defiantly was one of the مزید fuller seasons of facts we never even known could be possible and today, I am here to فہرست them:
IT SUCKS BEING METATRON'S PROPHET
Being a prophet as we have learned from the first one we've met (Chuck), it is tough work and stressful. For this season, we follow around Kevin Tran, the prophet we met during the end of Season Seven. Not only was he left alone for months while Sam was diddy-dadling with Amelia and Dean was in Purgatory, he knows how to take care of himself -- well until demons were hot on his trail. Kevin was not only left to fend for himself but was also kidnapped numerous times throughout the season سے طرف کی the same person, Crowley. So apparently reuniting with the Winchesters was a good thing and Kevin seems to not سوال it once. However, he finds it rather bothersome to get kidnapped and told to stay put. Despite this though, Kevin has gained new allies he knows could be useful in the future. And as for Metatron, he never was good at the start for all he was good for is lofting around and writing up fake words. Kevin defiantly wasn't lucky in the prophet category but he has successfully shown that even a prophet could fight for what he wants. I sense we won't stop seeing this teen prophet for awhile.
HELLHOUNDS CAN BE SEEN
Hellhounds have been heard and کہا but we've never actually seen one before until just this last couple of episodes. In episode, Trial and Error we get the first official close look of one and it is defiantly a nasty looking pooch. Made of a stream of black smog and covered in rugged warn skin, the encounter is ever so memorable for the Winchesters as Dean was ripped to shreds سے طرف کی one all the way back to No Rest for the Wicked and both of them first encountered one in season two's Crossroad Blues. Crowley, the former King of Hell is the one demon who has control rights to these monstrosities and as for the one in Trial and Error, it was his very own who got put down سے طرف کی Sam. This was done due to it being the first trial to closing the gates of hell as the Word of God tablets say. But who knew آپ would have to kill one to prove your worthy. And as Sam shortly finds out, it isn't a good thing. To see one, all آپ need is a pair of glasses, preferably eye which bends the light of your surroundings well enough revealing a visible, bloodythirsty hound which is quite ugly but deadly.
GOING INTO HELL IS EASY, JUST ASK A REAPER
As we know, reapers are Death's little minions that help collect up souls that need to go to hell یا heaven if lucky. But could a living person hitch a ride with them there? Apparently so. The Winchesters torture a crossroads demon finding that a rouge reaper named Ajay can take mortals to and back from a brief visit to heaven یا hell in episode, Taxi Driver. Their سیکنڈ trial leads Sam into the depths of Purgatory to Hell alone while Dean is not so content with his choice, leaving him worrisome. But when Crowley discovers Ajay's "tactic", he ends up killing him, preventing Sam from coming back at the time he was suppose to be out. So Dean calls up old friend, Benny to jump in to get him just to surrender himself to staying in Purgatory for good. But the trial itself was successful despite a bump at the end and the familiarity of a face makes it all the better. So if آپ need to visit hell یا heaven perhaps, use the reaper to get there because they know all the tricks in the book to pass the guards.
SAM AND DEAN ARE MEN OF LETTERS
The boys have seen quite a bit of weird stuff and heard about it but after their grandfather, Henry who is from John's side, comes to seek out him, the Winchesters are baffled to learn that their family history is a part of an organization called the Men of Letters. In As Time Goes By, they encounter their grandfather who is being trailed سے طرف کی Abaddon, the demon who slathered the original order. After a fatal fight with Abaddon at the end of the episode, Henry says how proud he is to have the Winchesters as his grandsons, leaving behind the box he was told to protect that contains the key to the greatest storehouse of supernatural knowledge. In the اگلے episode, Everybody Hates Hitler, they find this storehouse and call it there ہوم for the rest of the season and hopefully for the rest of their lives. The only known allies that have set foot inside their newly acquired ہوم is Charlie and Kevin Tran. A great place for the boys and I hope they use it right for they need a place to actually sleep, besides the seats of the Impala.
NEVER THINK A SCRIBE KEEPS HIS WORD -- LITERALLY!
As آپ know, the finale, Sacrifice has come and gone and we have learned a few things from it, one of which is maybe trusting Metatron wasn't a good idea. From what آپ take from his first appearance in The Great Escapist, he seems rather frightful of the Winchesters but soon realizes that he could use their angel, Castiel. When they team up to conquer the angel tablet in Clip Show, Cas finds it rather crude and inhumane for closing heaven سے طرف کی Metatron's standards. But after a bit of persuading, it leaves Cas questioning his actions as Naomi, the new head of heaven finds that closing heaven is a bad thing for everyone. But not listening to her plead would soon cost her life and Cas' grace. Apparently, it was Metatron's evil plot to create chaos and rein supreme over the world including causing angels to fall and sacrificing Sam. Now we know, the scribe of stone is just a big phony and liar -- a master of his own disguise.
DON'T PICK UP AN OLD COIN, UNLESS آپ KNOW IT IS CLEAN OF SPECTERS
In Southern Comfort, we once again run into Garth who later is in charge of watching over Kevin in his houseboat. While he seems comfortable in his new "role" of replacing Bobby, Dean and Sam are discouraged سے طرف کی his attitude and wrong word use. Ignoring such, they continue on the case which includes an old penny of an unknown solider who is possessed سے طرف کی a specter, a spirit that is revengeful and grabs hold of the revenge inside whoever touches the penny. After a fight with the brother they were following, Dean suddenly posses the coin and turns his back on Sam, threatening to kill him for not looking for him while he was in Purgatory. Anyways it was the specter talking, Dean was defiantly dangerous but they would shortly take it away and burn it before he was successful. So to this, an old coin may be worth much مزید than it looks so never pick it up.
PURGATORY IS A GOOD PLACE TO LEARN NEW THINGS AND GAIN NEW ALLIES
Purgatory has been a lot of jazz since the season begun in October and for Dean, its been a marathon. But lucky for him, a possibly trustworthy ally can be a vampire. Benny is one of few you'd ever see a Winchester teaming up with for he doesn't care what آپ say to him یا hear about him. His tough past makes him ever so familiar to the Winchester's story, creating an outlook in character form that could be a nuisance یا a friend. But whose to say Sam would agree? Even though his fighting skills have only been seen a couple times, he does manages to make a mark on Sam after rescuing him in Taxi Driver. But while being in Purgatory, Dean had learned a few new tricks like making your own چھری out of the wilderness that surrounds آپ but obviously, something was off with Dean since he got back سے طرف کی portal. He also mentions that Purgatory left a mark on him, a mark of purity that cleans the gunk out good. Although it is a dark place with dangers lurking just about anywhere, it is a place still full of mystery and apparent effects on humankind.
CHECK ORGAN TRANSPLANTS TWICE
In an interesting episode called Heartache, we learn of Brick Holmes, an athlete that literally -- doesn't seem to die. When people got his organs, they begun to kill people for just about no apparent reason. When his lover who has portrayed Brick's mother for a long time reveals he was actually older than he looked -- he was a Mayan who made a deal with an ancient god. But in order for him to live forever, he had to sacrifice a human دل each سال to preserve his youth. However, it never seemed like Brick had left after committing suicide -- his organs were transplants for numerous people who now carry the bug he had of killing people for their hearts. Lucky for the boys, the main way to stop him was to kill the woman who was دیا his heart. They find it rather difficult but manage to kill her, stopping the others in the process. We saw something similar to this in the extent of organs in Mannequin 3: The Reckoning where the living sister had obtained a kidney from her mannequin killer of a sister. She could only be stopped when she herself was killed. So check the status of the individual before آپ take on some organs, they may be possessed after all and just lead to مزید trouble.
NAOMI NEVER WAS THE MAIN THREAT
Although we have seen Naomi, the new heaven ruler as a threat for sometime since Cas came back, her intentions were never really stated clearly. But according to the finale, all she ever wanted was the angels to be content with themselves and help merge heaven back together. However in Cas' eyes, he never saw this right away. He actually had been "puppetry" to her since his return in A Little Slice of Kevin where he is forced to kill poor little Samandriel for revealing too much to Crowley. Although she seems to be a major threat through out the rest of the season, especially during the first few منٹ of Goodbye Stranger where Naomi reluctantly forces her puppet to kill thousands of copies of Dean and about killing the real one at the end. It is Cas who ends up breaking free of her grip just before it is too late as he now holds the angel tablet and flees. She angrily knows that the tablet would never be محفوظ in his clutches so asks her helpers to capture the angel and retrieve it however, her littler help seems to stand on the wrong side for he hands it over to Crowley instead. Cas finally realizes what is happening and with all his remaining strength returns to the people he knows he can trust -- Sam and Dean. Sadly for Naomi though, after warning the Winchesters of Metatron's intentions in the finale, she is killed سے طرف کی her own brainwashing drill.
CONCLUDING THE FINALE: ANGELS' FALLING = NOT GOOD
When the season comes to a dramatic closing, we know it is never a good sign for Sam, Dean یا any of the other characters. As Sacrifice bashes forward, we discover that: Naomi had good intentions, Crowley can be sincere but still a selfish bastard, Metatron is full on evil and Sam was chosen once again but to be sacrificed for the gates of hell's closure. So with all this going on, the true chaos was just around the corner as it lurks up upon us at the very last two منٹ that leaves آپ nailbitting and on the edge of your seat. So Metatron wants to take over heaven and after killing the unsuspecting Naomi, he succeeds in his want and begins with who else -- the angels. While this is brewing upstairs, Dean and Sam have a compassionate moment inside the church Crowley was being tormented in. Sam finally breaks down and reveals that his deepest sin was letting down Dean too many times and not thinking twice about it. Dean is reluctant towards Sam, reassuring him he doesn't need to be so hard on himself and that he'll be right there to help him. Doing the final trial would of killed Sam so Dean's entrance at the the last منٹ gave us شائقین the brotherly love scene we've been dying to see -- a heartwarming hug that says it all. Once the mysterious glow disappears from Sam's arms, suddenly their world is turned upside down as he is suddenly weak and in aching in tremendous pain. Dean helplessly helps his brother outside to the Impala where the two of them end up with the front row seats of the nasty surprise Metatron had in store. Cas would soon be just as helpless as he is the last person to speak to Metatron before all hell breaks loose. Taking Cas' grace with him, he is left out in the cold and fully human. All three watch as one سے طرف کی one, angels fall from heaven to earth in a comet شاور unlike any other as the season comes to an abrupt close and what a cliffhanger it was! It wasn't just beautiful but, ironically bad for اگلے season, is defiantly one to look آگے to as chaos literally rains down upon the Winchesters.
