Summary: Set immediately after Lucifer Rising. Lucifer has escaped. Castiel and Zachariah told Dean he was the only who could stop him. But what if Lucifer knows that too?

The bright light consumed the entire room. Sam and Dean were thrown off their feet. They groaned as they hit the floor with a thud. Suddenly, the light disappeared and the room was dull again. The brothers looked up and saw a man. They glanced at each other before slowly climbing to their feet. The man turned around and looked at them and they knew.
It was him.
The two bolted to the doors, but with a تیز رو, سوئفٹ movement of his hand, Lucifer slammed them shut. They spun around to face him.
He clicked his fingers. Out of the corner of his eye, Sam saw a demon appear behind his brother.
“Dean!” but he was too late. The demon grabbed Dean and pinned his arms behind his back. The older Winchester fought, but the demons grip was iron-like.
“Ah, so آپ must be Dean.” Lucifer walked towards the struggling hunter.
“You better turn around and march straight back into hell, یا I swear…” but Dean was cut off سے طرف کی a hand clamping down on his mouth. The glance Lucifer had دیا Dean’s captor was obviously an order for him to shut him up.
“Lucifer.” Sam said, calmly.
“And آپ must be Sammy.”
“It’s Sam.” The younger Winchester glared at Lucifer, who ignored the comment.
“I’ve heard so much about you.”
“Let my brother go.”
“Oh…” Lucifer pouted. He walked close to Dean. “Now why would I want to do that?” He stroked Dean’s hair in a taunting manner. “You see, a little bird told me that there is only one person who can send me back to the pit. And that person, I hear, is our very own Dean Winchester. Imagine that!” he scoffed before approaching Sam again. “So I ask آپ again, why would I let go the one person who can destroy this?”
“Believe me, if آپ don’t let him go now, you’ll be begging for hell over what I’d do to you.”
“Now, would آپ look at that! Little Sammy’s trying to threaten me.” Lucifer laughed and went back to Dean. “Sorry Sam,” he placed a finger on Dean’s forehead. Sam watched in horror as his brother’s eyes rolled back in his head and he fell limp in his captor’s arm. “But your brother’s coming with us.”
“No!” Sam ran towards the three men, but Lucifer sent him flying backwards. Sam yelled in pain as he hit the alter. He got back up as quickly as he could, but when he reached his feet, they had gone.
“Lucifer!” Sam screamed at the سب, سب سے اوپر of his lungs.
“DEAN!!!”

Cas beached on the street, far away from Rufus’ cabin. He wasn’t sure how to feel. He was angry, because Dean wouldn’t listen to him. Dean always thought he knew everything better. He was disappointed, because Dean had no faith in him at all.
He was so up in thought that he didn’t hear his name. But maybe that was because she didn’t use his real name.
“Emmanuel!”
Someone grabbed his arm and forced him to turn around. He looked at the woman. She looked familiar.
“Didn’t آپ hear me?” the woman asked. Cas stared at her. “Don’t آپ recognize me? It’s me, Daphne, your wife?”
Cas widened his eyes as he remembered her.
“Daphne” he کہا breathless. “How did آپ find me? What are آپ doing here?”
“Well, I hired a detective, I needed to find you” Daphne said. She searched in her pockets and conjured a big brown envelope. “I need آپ to sign these”
“What is it?” Cas frowned.
“A petition for annulment” Daphne answered.
He was so up in thought that he didn’t hear his name. But maybe that was because she didn’t use his real name.
