Not that I like them better this way, but this development was inevitable. It adds to the drama of the show. They can't have the boys constantly dying for each other and ever since S2 I've suspected this is where the show was headed. I've said this before- I like how the show doesn't tread water.

I don't like the brothers being apart they are better together.
Am hoping that they will work together next season.

I don't mind. It makes for really good tv. Also relationships grow stronger when they are tested. If their relationship can wheather this storm they will be stronger for it. Also it is a way to show that they are brothers, and don't always get along. As family you don't always like your brothers and sisters. There are times that you can hate family members. That is the difference between family and friends, when a family member does something to make you hate them you are more likely to forgive and get past it.

I hate it, sure it´s important for the story, but sometimes i´m watching old episodes and then i miss the old good relationship... :(

I knew it was coming. And I get it but that doesn't mean I like it. I think EK will end things well.....so why is my stomache telling me something different?

We knew it was coming, and I am not angry at the writers, I just loved the relationship they had. But hopefully they can come back from this, even though it is relevant to this storyline.

not that I like them better, but it wouldn't be realistic if all was hunky dory all the time, especially considering the diversion in views Sam and Dean have. It was bound to happen sooner or later, but I believe their bond is still there, Sam is still thinking of Dean's wellbeing, and vice-versa. No matter what they say, or else it wouldn't hurt so much.

yes, because it's been so hard to watch it happening! It's their relationship that carries the show, so when they hurt, we hurt. But the show was inevitably heading in this direction. They are very different in many ways, but they are also flip sides of the same coin. Hopefully that will allow them to reconcile...because it would be just too cruel if EK did otherwise...but like Aerohead, my stomach isn't 100% convinced (meaning I think something very bad could happen to prevent that).

I could never hate the writers for this show. They are brilliant at keeping their viewers in suspense. And there is most definitely going to be an unhappy ending this season. How do I know you ask? Name a season finally that has ended happily.

Right now I kinda hate it, but that could quickly change. I trust these writers. They're such wonderful people. lol.

it breaks my heart but i have to admit it makes the story and the relationship more interesting :/ and i haven't seen S5 yet, so it may change again in that....
