Help!

ok my best دوستوں sister shes 17 and she got a tattoo of my best دوستوں name around he rist and کہا it didn't hurt! i was wondering if i should get 1 on my stomach یا a سٹار, ستارہ 1 on my rist but some say it hurts like hell and some say ahh its like a pinch
