So we've had this banner for a few years now... I apologize for not keeping up with this spot!

If you want a new banner, i will make a submission forum for people to submit their banners.

Rules:

1.) All banners you submit must be made by you! No stealing anyone's banners, or already edited screencaps - that means that all screencaps you use must be completely unedited. No pre-colored images!
2.) You must have an equal amount of tv & movie couples. - So if you have 3 tv couples, you must also have 3 movie couples!
3.) All banners must be 800x100
4.) Icons must be either 100x100 or 200x200
5.) As far as images for icons- i guess you can either pick 1 tv & 1 movie couple that you DIDN'T use for your banner OR you can pick 1 tv & 1 movie couple FROM your banner.

That's pretty much it!
