Prior to Mario Puzo's death, there were talks that there was going to be a fourth installment of The Godfather. They said that it was like part 2 (with 2 stories).The first story was about a younger Sonny and the second story was about an older Vincent in modern day. Leonardo Dicaprio was said to star in it too,but when Mario Puzo died, the whole idea died with him too.
