Chariots outfits for district 8?

Okay I was just wondering today like what the heck does district 8 (textiles ie sewing and fabric) wear for the chariots? (yes this is still because of the fanfic I'm writing and no I'm not posting on fanpop) What outfit do آپ make out of sewing? A hobo outfit of assorted patterns?
