SOS, can someone tell me which episode is the one where Michael doesn't want to do his paperwork and Pam calls it a Perfect Storm?

Please help, it's awful, like having a song stuck in my head, but the other way around...

Shandiii's right. And at the end, we see Angela, Pam and Stanley signing Michael's name on the paperwork because he still hadn't done it. LOL!!
