If the show turns into a soap opera kind of comedy I will definitely stop watching. I started watching the show because of Michael and Dwight, but I kept watching because of Jim and Pam, and now I could never watch the show if the main element of the show (hilarity) was even dropped a little bit.

I'd like to see chemistry between them but if they start acting couple-y all the time and it detracts from the comedy, I swear, I'll stop watching. I mean it! I'm not bluffing here!

Ok, maybe I'm bluffing. But I still don't want their romance to ruin the show.

even tho i'm gonna hate it for certain situations that have transpired in my life
