If she was old Pam, Angela's cat would still be alive because Angela would have gone back home, but because Pam's all spontanious now, and guilted Angela with the Party Planning Commitee thing she had to send Dwight, and he killed the cat. I hope Pam feels a little guilty in the next episode, because she is kind of responsable.

but i don't think that pam is responsible, because how was she to know that Angela would ask Dwight, and then that Dwight would go and kill the cat? If anyone is at fault, it is Dwight!

Well, I hope she feels a bit guilty. If she hadn't guilted Angela into not going home and caring for her sick cat, her cat would still be alive. She shouldn't have made Angela feel guilty, that's not like her. Its not even 'unpredictable' like New Pam is supposed to be, it was just rude.
Not saying that it isn't almost 100% Dwight's fault, because it is.
